MY STORY
As I sank deeper into the cushion of my "Captain's Chair," the familiar glow of my computer screen became my constant companion. Days blurred into nights, each moment ticking away as I navigated through endless emails and virtual meetings, AKA social media. I prided myself on my healthy meals, avoiding toxins and always kept a water bottle by my side, but amid the chaos of deadlines and digital distractions, I had neglected the one thing my body craved most: MOVEMENT!

After the quadruple bypass open heart surgery, these are the "guys" (pun intended), T-Bone, Don, Jeff and Edye that called my name. But of course, they needed one more player that day! That player was me, Guy Pickler was born. I am so grateful to them for extending kindness and joy to me. It truly changed my life at a time when it was really needed. To think I was just trying to get 1,000 steps in walking thru the neighborhood. This is my "get started story", what's your story?
